Our Offerings

Self-help groups, Dignity World Cafés, and themed evenings: our ways of living the same value together.

Stronger Together

Self-Help Groups

"The only true and honest help is helping people help themselves."

The self-help groups of LovefullMe follow a clear structure, in which every topic and need is discussed with appreciation and brought to a proper close together. This helps participants strengthen their awareness of their own dignity and self-care. Drinks along with light snacks and nibbles are provided to create a welcoming atmosphere.

LovefullMe regularly hosts Dignity World Cafés on topics such as respect, mindfulness, and other socially relevant themes. Through rotating table groups and shared questions, new perspectives, valuable exchange, and creative approaches emerge, topics that unfold best in community and open up new horizons.

Going Deeper

Themed Evenings & Afternoons

Another focus of our work is themed evenings and workshops, led by a facilitator with her own life experience. Topics such as "Self-connection through permission and acknowledgement", "Self-love made easy", "Live your dignity", or "Awareness training for more self-love and inner peace" help participants rediscover their inner dignity, accept it, and live it sustainably in everyday life.

An Example: A Past Themed Evening

"The Power of Community"

As part of the "Himmel un Ääd" event series, we dedicated an evening to the topic of interpersonal relationships and the question of how dignity can be experienced within community.

With Cornelia Schwöppe as facilitator and Mr Rieks from the "Himmel un Ääd" community café as guest, rounded off with a shared connection game that made the bond among those present visible.
