Our education system still relies on outdated assessment methods that judge children by how well they conform to a uniform standard, as if everyone were expected to "climb the same tree". But children are not machines that need to function; they are individuals with unique strengths, talents, and potential. A system that recognises and nurtures diversity gives every child the chance to develop at their own pace and according to their own abilities. Instead of rigid grades and comparison-driven pressure, we need an education that puts creativity, empathy, and problem-solving skills at the forefront.
